Booking, Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Credit card payment is required upon booking. All rooms are non-refundable once your reservation is confirmed.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation anytime.

Check-in
Check-in at Whitney Portal Hostel And Hotel is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Please note guests will receive their room entry code via email or text message on the day of arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Whitney Portal Hostel And Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

 

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cribs in the room.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in any of the guest rooms or dorm rooms.
